  The 2x2 reading lists include twenty books which are appropriate for children aged 2 to the 2nd grade. It is compiled annually by the Texas Library Association.

  The Newbery Medal is awarded annually by the American Library Association to the most notable American children’s book. Find the Newbery Medal winners and honors from the 1920s to the present.

• Texas Bluebonnet Award
  The Bluebonnet reading list is the Texas Library Association’s annual list of recommended children’s literature.
